Lucky spin settings

Tools->BlockPuzzleGameToolkit->Settings->Lucky spin settings

1. costToSpin: The cost in currency to perform a spin.

2. resource: A reference to the resource object associated with the reward.

3. rewardVisualPrefab: The prefab representing the reward in the wheel and popup

4. count: The quantity or number of the resource given as a reward.
